What an absolute joke this company is! I ordered my sofa which was estimated on 7th June. When I checked the portal it asked me to reserve a date which I did for 8th June. I sold my sofas and they were collected on 7th June ready for my delivery on 8th June. The portal now says expected delivery on 20th June so 2 weeks without a sofa and 2 young children brilliant! It is also now saying I have to pay the full balance even though I have a contract and been approved for v12 retail finance. Do not even BOTHER trying to get through on the phone I have already been on hold over an hour and I'm apparently still caller number 20 in the queue. They don't bother replying on web chat either! I have wasted hours of my life that I won't get back when they clearly don't care about their customers! Keeping people on hold for over an hour in this struggling retail climate will mean customers go elsewhere I can recommend Next! They pick up the phone after about 10 rings and have excellent customer service!
Bought a sofa set but the footstool was missing. Driver told me I had to contact sofology and OH MY GOD how hard is that. Emails get no response, 1hr waits on the phone result in just getting cut off.
Funny that when you order that make it easy to get hold of them but then impossible to contact ever again.
So a bit stuck now with half my order. Wouldn’t recommend if you want good customer service

We felt very safe in the store which was very clean and airy. The Salesperson (Michael) explained everything very well and was clear and concise.
Very good service, Donna was very helpful, but unforunatley I can’t log into my account with passcode given on text.
My experience of your customer service by Sofology assistant Linden was excellent.

Very helpful staff, very patient not like other places you go to whereby they pounce on you or pressure you as soon as you walk thru the door, the gentleman explained everything we needed to know and more he was a credit to the company even when we made several visits trying to make up our minds.
We would definitely use sofology again
Excellent service from the staff at your Rugby store. I visited 3 times before I made my decision and on every visit the staff were friendly and extremely helpful.
Whilst looking for a sofa in the Doncaster branch, service was very good and helpful however once we had paid the deposit (back in November 2020) we was told we would be ready for delivery end of April 2021.
Approaching our delivery date we got told to book delivery using the website however there was no option to book delivery so we had to ring to book instead; after 2 hours of holding we was told that the sofa isn't ready yet.
Now approaching the end of may, still no sign of any sofa. We called up and endured the 2 hour wait again only to be cut off as soon as we got to the front (with no call back). The next day, we tried to ring again, this time waiting almost 3 hours on hold. Once we finally got through and spoke to a customer service agent, we was put on hold again whilst she had a look at our account, then the phone cut off yet again with no call back.
In addition to this, I had sent an online enquiry 3 weeks ago again, with no response.
Online web chat seems to go through but no one reading the messages (been waiting now for 7 hours).
All in all, it seems like the service is very good until they have your money. With over 6.5 months since we bought the sofa, we still have no sofa and no reasonable way to get hold of any customer service (unless you sit on hold all day only to be cut off).
EDIT:
After visiting the store, Jamie and Garry at Sofology Doncaster was very helpful and had the problem resolved within an hour whilst sorting a delivery date for a couple of days time. Rating 3 starts for the effort at the Doncaster store however phone customer service May as well be non-existent.

Abbie was very helpful and using her advice and knowledge we purchased a suite and chair and changed leather type to suit, the only thing that we were not sure about is staff following you around the store when looking at other suites
We went into the store and found the Sofia that we wanted then were able to come home and do the final selection on line. Great service!
